Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Subpoenas Gmail inbox, ensuring that reputed company incoming requests are logged and processed appropriately

• Download and review incoming subpoenas or reputed company requests, input necessary details into the Subpoenas Log, and create corresponding folders in the Shared Drive for document storage

• Apply necessary watermarks and convert documents into PDF format, securing them using appropriate encryption reputed company
