Key Responsibilities
- Effectively plan team retreats using Happied's planning workflows, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- Research, book, and coordinate logistics for various aspects of client retreats, including:
- Hotels and accommodations
- Activities and entertainment
- Dining options and catering
- Parties and celebrations
- Meeting rooms and spaces
- Transportation and travel arrangements
- Review and negotiate contracts for all services booked on behalf of clients, ensuring they meet industry and Happied standards.
- Foster and grow relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with the Happied team to provide clients with the best possible experience and solutions, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
- Respond to all client communication within 4 business hours, unless time out of the office has previously been noted, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Corporate Retreat Planner with Happied, you'll need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of retreat planning.

- 4+ years of experience in travel planning, with a proven track record of delivering successful events and experiences.
