Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Provider Services Representative. This is a full-time, remote position that involves coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Making outbound calls to Provider offices and answering inbound calls
  • Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing Customer data for outreach
  • Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Providing problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
  • Working on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures
  • Working under supervision and receiving instructions
