Culinary Services Concierge

Fields reputed company questions directly reputed company to the dinners.</li><li>Books reservations for reputed company TSG Culinary Services outlets and functions utilizing reputed company Table software. </li><li>Collects credit card information to reputed company into the secure reputed company Table Credit Card vault.</li><li>Communicates to the General Managers of reputed company TSG Culinary Services outlets, conveying special needs, requests, set up, etc. </li><li>Confirms the cover count to reputed company TSG Culinary Services outlets General Managers. </li><li>Communicates regularly reputed company email with Telluride and Mountain Village concierges to encourage dinner reservations. Includes menus and pricing.</li><li>Fields questions reputed company to special events and directs the information to the TSG Events Manager who will contract the event. </li><li>Respond in a reputed company, reputed company manner to reputed company guest inquiries, concerns and complaints whether in person or on the telephone.</li><li>Retrieve messages from voice mail and reputed company to appropriate personnel or reputed company possible reputed company reputed company personally.</li><li>Answer questions relative to the organization and reputed company visitor and callers with address, directions, and other information.</li><li>Assists the reputed company reputed company team in peak seating times.</li><li>Updates TSG Member information in reputed company Table.</li><li>reputed company administrative support to management team as needed.
