**Position Overview**
As a Data Entry Clerk – Energy Services Program Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our Statewide Client Service Center, monitoring emails and communications, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and agency requirements. You'll work closely with our program staff to support the delivery of services and promote communication and consistency in our operations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
* Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
* Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
* Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
* Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
* Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
* Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
* Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
* Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
* Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
* Perform related work as required.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
* Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Experience with database management and data entry software.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
* Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
* Knowledge of energy assistance programs and services.
* Familiarity with Monday.com and other database management systems.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
