Experienced Manager, Analytics - Paid Media Examination and Insights Leader for Global Marketing Strategy
About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic leader to join our team as a Manager, Analytics - Paid Media Examination and Insights Leader for Global Marketing Strategy. As a key member of our paid media team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Authority group, focusing on the optimization of our paid media spend worldwide. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and foster revealing and examinations to case and drive decisions - and foster KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution to drive an emphasis on results and execution.About You

You can scope an issue, figure out relevant questions, draw significant insights, and provide knowledge from the data. As a Manager, Analytics, you will be a key player in supporting key navigation by creating and disseminating custom-tailored insights and examinations which will illuminate our paid media system.Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, Analytics, you will:- Communicate insights and knowledge in the space of paid media
- Plan and develop/lead the advancement of investigation, BI, and data science projects fully focused on upgrading visible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies
- Work with paid media data science team and marketing teams on executing media blend models
- Lead ad-hoc examination through database questioning, followed by quick translation of results and the definition and communication of suggestions that drive action
- Act as a liaison with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
- Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Success, and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and Adhoc reports
- Examine data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal data from Perceptible and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights
- Conceptualize and run investigation that create insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition
Fundamental Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field
- High-level SQL experience
- High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and metrics perception tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI)
- Master in Success with a proven track record
- Degree in data science, business, finance, data technology, statistics, mathematics, or other related field

- Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations
- Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches
- Programming languages: knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
