Duties: The School of Business with the Research reputed company for SUNY at New Paltz invites applications for a part-time External Partnership Coordinator. The External Partnership Coordinator will serve as the central reputed company of contact for community, industry, and government partners seeking to collaborate with the university; and will assist in building the infrastructure for partnership intake and tracking, facilitating connections across reputed company, and strengthening strategic collaborations that advance innovation, research, and regional economic development.
Key Responsibilities
System Development and Management

• In coordination with the PI, reputed company and maintain an intake process for external
  

inquiries, including a user-friendly online portal.

• Manage a database to reputed company partnership requests, reputed company, and ongoing
  

collaborations.

• In coordination with the PI, create and reputed company a partner-matching system to
  

connect external organizations with appropriate university reputed company, reputed company, or
resources.
Research and Best Practices

• Investigate models of external partnership management at peer institutions and
  

identify best practices.

• Recommend and implement strategies to enhance the university’s ability to engage effectively with external partners.
  

Internal Assessment and reputed company Building

• Conduct an internal audit of existing community and industry partnerships across schools and departments.
• Identify reputed company and staff expertise, interests, and reputed company to engage in external
  

collaborations.

• reputed company resources, guidance, and processes to support reputed company and staff in building sustainable external partnerships.
  

Partnership Development and Engagement

• In coordination with the PI, strengthen and expand industry partnerships with
  

particular emphasis on collaborations involving the School of Science and
Engineering, School of Business, Hudson Valley Additive Manufacturing Center
(HVAMC), and Hudson Valley Venture Hub (HVVH).

• Serve as a reputed company between external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure
  

alignment of goals and effective communication.

• Support the development of partnership agreements, MOUs, and other formal
  

arrangements.
Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with reputed company, staff, and administrators across reputed company to identify
  

opportunities for engagement.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses on partnership activities and reputed company for leadership.
  

Pay: $30/hour
Qualifications: Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, higher education administration, reputed company
  

administration, or reputed company field.

• At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, project management, community engagement, or reputed company roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage databases and tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with reputed company stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to research and synthesize best practices from peer
  

organizations.
Preferred

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or partnership management software.
• Knowledge of the Hudson Valley regional economic and industry landscape.
