About the Role: Key Responsibilities

As our ideal Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to ensure consistent and timely applicant flow to hiring managers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to identify and satisfy their hiring needs
  • Coordinating candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
  • Screening and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and standards
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in RN/Clinical Recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top nursing talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the Managed Care industry or with healthcare organizations
  • Knowledge of current trends and developments in the nursing and healthcare recruitment landscape
