As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top nursing talent, while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
About the Role: Key Responsibilities
As our ideal Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to ensure consistent and timely applicant flow to hiring managers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to identify and satisfy their hiring needs
- Coordinating candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Screening and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and standards
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A background in RN/Clinical Recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top nursing talent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
