• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, suggesting enhancements that can increase productivity and effectiveness.
• Manage job postings on various job portals, evaluating candidates who apply and ensuring that all interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for different searches, utilizing your analytical skills to identify top talent and make informed recommendations to the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
