Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting

Work Environment and Technology Requirements
To ensure success in this role, you will need to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space with an organized desk area and a professional appearance (if on camera). You will also need to have the following technology:
- A personal computer (no tablet)
- A broadband internet connection (recommended at least 10 MBPS)
- A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
- A USB headset with microphone
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract

Compensation and Benefits
As an independent contractor with Working Solutions, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak times (January - April), contractors can earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour, and during non-peak times, $15.60-$17.50/hour. You will also have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from home, eliminating the need for commuting.
Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn incentives, including:
- $3/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 12 productive hours (April 8th-11th)
- $4/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 16 productive hours (April 8th-11th)
- $5/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours (April 8th-11th and April 12th-14th)
- $10/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 5 productive hours (April 15th)
Schedule and Flexibility
This is a seasonal contract that starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from home. You will be able to schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday, with weekday and weekend options.
Important Information
Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
As an independent contractor with Working Solutions, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions.
