- Handle customer service tickets of all tiers for our clients, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, as required by some clients.
- Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we'll provide training for (Experience preferred but not required).
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed, depending on the client.
- Ensure reliable internet connectivity to maintain seamless communication with clients and customers.
