* **Documentation and Data Entry**: You will accurately document conversations with members, using structured protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* **Trip Scheduling and Modification**: You will assist members with scheduling, modifying, and canceling transportation reservations, ensuring that all relevant information is correct and up-to-date.
* **High-Volume Call Handling**: You will answer a high volume of calls, up to 100 per day, and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Quality and Productivity**: You will demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality work, meeting productivity standards, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Modivcare, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Education**: High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
* **Experience**: 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred
* **Language Skills**: Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently
* **Typing Speed**: Ability to accurately type 35 words per minute or more
* **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with members, both verbally and in writing
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving member concerns and promoting positive health outcomes.
* **Data Entry Experience**: Previous experience with data entry, including accuracy and attention to detail.
* **High-Speed Internet**: Ability to access high-speed internet (25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload) and provide proof of a speed test.
