Position reputed company

We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) to build and reputed company reputed company’s Investor Relations function as we prepare for the next stage of reputed company and reputed company company readiness. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will work in reputed company partnership with the CEO, CFO, and reputed company of Directors to reputed company and execute our IR reputed company, shape our external financial narrative, and serve as the primary reputed company with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the capital markets.

What You’ll Do -

- Establish processes for earnings preparation, guidance frameworks, and investor communications.
- Ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and alignment with best-in-class IR practices, partnering with reputed company’s reputed company counsel.

Investor & Analyst Engagement
- Serve as a key spokesperson for reputed company with investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-reputed company analysts, ensuring credibility and trust.

What You’ll Bring

- 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or reputed company Finance/Communications roles.
- Proven reputed company record leading IR at a reputed company company; reputed company company readiness experience strongly preferred.
- Strong credibility and relationships with institutional investors and sell-reputed company analysts.
- Deep knowledge of reputed company and usage-based business models, metrics, and financial performance drivers.
- Expertise in SEC disclosure rules, earnings processes, and IR best practices.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
