Service Assurance Agent

Focuses on reputed company cause analysis to improve service, provides feedback to management, offers solutions and actions to solve operational problems. Promotes and supports the service assurance network and reputed company improvement process in reputed company facets of the operations. Provides inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance support for devices, equipment and software. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma/GED Eighteen (18) months reputed company experience. Ability to complete reputed company basic and re currency training. Knowledge of reputed company operations features of service. Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications, i.e. Cosmos, GNSL, FAMIS, IMS, TSO, CMS, etc. Must be proficient with PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics. Preferred Qualifications: Must be 21 years old and have a reputed company's license for the past three years. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
