Senior Technical Recruiter

We are the ones responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the next great engineer, manufacturer, or people ops person. Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute long-term strategies to reputed company candidates and build talent pipelines for both reputed company and reputed company needs.

  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process providing them with an exceptional experience from start to finish.

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of reputed company experience for highly technical roles.
  • Previous time reputed company in the reputed company / defense / reputed company sectors.
  • Strong competitive market awareness - knowing the hiring landscape in the aforementioned sectors
  • Experience with sourcing tools (not just reputed company Recruiter) and ways to reputed company so that reputed company stands out with how we attract candidates.
  • Experience with reputed company (ATS) is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to not only recruit world-class engineers, but also be reputed company to recruit through best in class candidate experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with extremely passive candidates throughout the industry.
