Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Client Retention and Collections Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Retention Representative, you will play a critical role in retaining business clients and educating current customers on the value of retaining their Vehicle Service Contracts. Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals through effective communication and negotiation skills

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retention or sales role, with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and conflict resolution, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer proficiency, with experience using CRM and technology platforms
  • Phone communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
