Key Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Support
As a Remote Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, such as refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome.
- Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring that urgent or complex issues are addressed promptly.
- Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
