Key Responsibilities
- Own People Insights Technology: Lead the architecture and lifecycle of our People Insights applications, ensuring technology and data align with business needs.
- Drive HR Analytics: Design and deliver analytics products that enhance decision-making for leaders across the organization.
- Lead a Skilled Team: Oversee a team spanning data analysis to employee listening, fostering skill development, engagement, and innovation.
- Shape the Data Roadmap: Define and prioritize features and enhancements in line with Veralto's strategic goals.
- Enable Insightful Visualizations: Develop data visualization and reporting standards to make insights accessible and actionable.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain security and compliance standards, safeguarding data integrity in all associated systems.
- Train and Inspire: Provide guidance and training to internal teams, building data fluency across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven Expertise: 10+ years in HR Analytics product delivery or a related field, with 6+ years in leadership roles.
- Technical Prowess: Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of HR data architecture and governance frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Experience implementing data roadmaps and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Leadership in Action: Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and fostering innovation within technical teams.

- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
