Key Responsibilities

  • Own People Insights Technology: Lead the architecture and lifecycle of our People Insights applications, ensuring technology and data align with business needs.
  • Drive HR Analytics: Design and deliver analytics products that enhance decision-making for leaders across the organization.
  • Lead a Skilled Team: Oversee a team spanning data analysis to employee listening, fostering skill development, engagement, and innovation.
  • Shape the Data Roadmap: Define and prioritize features and enhancements in line with Veralto's strategic goals.
  • Enable Insightful Visualizations: Develop data visualization and reporting standards to make insights accessible and actionable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven Expertise: 10+ years in HR Analytics product delivery or a related field, with 6+ years in leadership roles.
  • Technical Prowess: Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of HR data architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience implementing data roadmaps and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership in Action: Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and fostering innovation within technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data science, analytics, or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
