About the Role: Senior Product Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Analyst to join our U.S. Consumer Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to engage and retain our valuable card members. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading brand and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Marketing Analyst will be responsible for enabling marketing strategies and executing across channels to onboard and engage valuable card members, enhancing the end-to-end client experience. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and business objectives, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Insights and Marketing Strategies: Act as an informed authority for client marketing, collaborating closely with product teams to provide marketing partners with the latest client insights, positioning, messaging, and benefit claims/Terms & Conditions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with onboarding, loyalty, growth, and retention teams to identify and support the development of client marketing strategies that align with product objectives and facilitate execution across channels.
  • Valuable Card Activation: Own valuable card activation marketing strategies and end-to-end execution of activation communications to drive supplemental commitment.
  • Client Experience Optimization: Identify and report key opportunities to improve the end-to-end client experience for valuable card members.
  • Marketing Performance Reporting: Own reporting of marketing performance, post-launch analysis, and a monthly portfolio performance scorecard, publishing insights to product and marketing partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Solid and effective communicator with experience in obtaining agreement across teams.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Team-oriented and intelligent in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Client-first mindset with the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the client and develop a communication strategy based on what is best for them.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a large amount of data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing, preferably in a financial services or consumer goods industry.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and insights.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
