Job Summary
The Project One Admissions Specialist, Part Time, is a remote position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a part-time employee, you will work approximately 20 hours per week, providing support for the implementation of a System-wide SIS. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Tracking institutional notes and tickets
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and deficiencies in readiness
- Communicating with member institutions as needed
- Collaborating with a large group of higher education and implementation experts to achieve a unified goal
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
As a Project One Admissions Specialist, Part Time, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support for the implementation of a System-wide SIS
- Tracking and maintaining accurate records of institutional notes and tickets
- Communicating effectively with member institutions, project team members, and stakeholders
- Collaborating with a large group of higher education and implementation experts to achieve project goals
- Utilizing problem-solving and organizational skills to overcome challenges and ensure project success
Additional Responsibilities
In addition to the primary responsibilities, you may also be required to:
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project discussions
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
- Provide support for project-related activities and events
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Two years of experience in recruiting and admissions, higher education, or a similar field
- Experience working with various student information systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
