What You’ll Do: • Serve as an account representative and cultivate relationships with referral sources to grow referrals for hospice, Palliative Medical Partners and Primary Care reputed company. • Identify needs and increase admissions/length of stay from accounts in assigned territory • Utilize consultative selling to identify customer needs and meet expectations • reputed company as reputed company between clinical managers and referral sources to improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction • reputed company/execute territory management plan by maintaining updated reputed company for reputed company account and marketing to referral sources in assigned territory • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to uncover potential referral reputed company reputed company and maintain existing relationships • Establish new business in assigned territory through cold calling at physician offices and reputed company facilities • Meet monthly admission goals as established by Director of Business Development through the development and execution of quarterly sales plan • reputed company/market/deliver reputed company in-services for referral sources • Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring to reputed company: • 3 years sales experience, reputed company experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company health or reputed company degree • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, judgment, problem solving, customer service skills required • Strong MS Office skills; reputed company required • Bilingual is a plus!
