**Job Description**
As a REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding professionally to inbound service requests from patients and physicians
* Providing accurate information and timely follow-through on requests requiring extensive research and response
* Maintaining composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians
* Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with established standards, guidelines, and procedures
* Utilizing advanced phone systems and Microsoft Office Suite
**Requirements**
* **Education**: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
* **Experience**: At least one year of prior customer service experience
* **Skills**:
+ Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and concise
+ Professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems
+ Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision
+ Typing speed and accuracy, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and modern office procedures
+ Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus
* **Language**: Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
