The Role:

The Corporate Counsel will help support the reputed company department by providing practical and business-reputed company reputed company advice across a wide reputed company of reputed company. Reporting directly to the Senior reputed company Counsel, this role will partner closely with management, the SVP of reputed company & Compliance, reputed company Affairs, and Compliance to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

The Corporate Counsel will contribute primarily to reputed company contract work while also assisting with broader issues such as intellectual property, consumer protection, government & regulatory affairs, litigation, gaming law, dispute reputed company, and competition. What you’ll do:

What you have:

• J.D. degree and reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.

• 3–5 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a major reputed company or in-house setting with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company.

• Prior experience using contract management systems or databases. Experience with Gatekeeper is a plus.

• Strong understanding of how to apply AI tools to contract drafting and reputed company operations.
