The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
- Enable the Agency Ops team by executing core operational processes that drive robust agency business growth.
- Support the Agency Partner Lead in preparing for the successful launch of the Gate Agency Official Program.
- Position Korea as Moloco’s multi-product hub (Ads, MCM, MSM) through strong partner engagement and operational excellence.
- Stabilize and grow Ads business by securing new campaigns, ensuring smooth daily operations, and protecting high run-rate revenue.
- Expand MCM & MSM footprint by scaling seller outreach via Gate and Sub agencies, unlocking new verticals, and building repeatable, high-quality pipelines.
- Strengthen partnerships by deepening relationships with integrated agencies and executive stakeholders, driving multi-quarter commitments.
- Execute operational excellence by onboarding agencies, preparing localized training materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for program adoption.
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, enabling you to work seamlessly with global and local stakeholders.
- You enjoy working with partners and clients, showing empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving and follow-ups.
- You want hands-on exposure to both business operations and partner management in a fast-growing global tech company.
- Strong client and partnership management skills with clear and confident communication.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to localize materials for specific client needs.
- Basic data analysis skills, including maintaining and interpreting KPI dashboards.
- Operational excellence in documenting processes and delivering updates consistently.
