Production Manager
DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations is looking for a Production Manager to join their team. This position will be located at our manufacturing facility. The Production Manager is responsible for daily oversight and management for the assembly of Factory Built Substations (FBS). He/she will lead a team of approximately 25-35 personnel, including Managers, Team Leads, Welders, and Assembly Technicians. He/she will be responsible for the successful production of approximately 100-180 structures. The Production Manager holds a critical leadership role focused on ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, and meeting delivery deadlines. The Production Manager works closely with his/her Managers, Supervisors, and/or Team Leads to meet the aforementioned objectives. This person helps his/her Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads motivate the workforce, encouraging teamwork to focus on delivering world class solutions to our customers.
