This role will work closely with construction teams and internal departments, including Project Management, Procurement, Scheduling, and Finance, to manage project cost and financial forecasting.     • What You'll Do:

  • Project Cost Management: Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, commitments, and accruals for data center and technical construction reputed company.
  • Financial Tracking & Reporting: reputed company actual costs against forecasts and reputed company regular project status reports.
  • Vendor Coordination: Review invoices for accuracy and manage vendor payments.
  • Change Control Management: Maintain budgets and schedules to reflect approved changes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Project Managers and scheduling teams to reputed company cost and schedule.
  • Lean Culture Development: Encourage and support Lean initiatives across reputed company.

  • Education:
  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project planning for multi-project programs.
  • Experience with cost control systems (eBuilder or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reputed company cabling industry and relevant technologies and safety standards.
  • Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with upper management, clients, and internal teams.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
