What will I be bringing to life in this role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Co-ordinator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting successful delivery of both customer facing and internal reputed company by assisting Project Managers in planning, tracking and executing project activities, helping to guide seamless reputed company and implementation for new clients.
You’ll be at the heart of our operations – playing a key role in ensuring our reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope and to the highest reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures using
reputed company’s project management tools.
• Organize, attend, and reputed company participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and reputed company from meetings, both internally and
externally.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal and customer-facing meetings.
• reputed company and manage project risks, issues, change requests and decision log.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, reputed company, and stored appropriately.
• Support the scheduling of resources for reputed company reputed company services activities.
• Help reputed company project metrics and data for reporting purposes.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to reputed company project team
members.
• Run smaller project implementations, with support from a Project Manager.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on post implementation reports and surveys.
• Assist with the organization and delegation of sales reputed company tasks, such as RFP administration,
documentation management and scheduling of internal team members to complete assigned
work by a deadline.
• Work with customers across the USA and Canada, and on occasion globally.
What will I need to hit the ground running?
• Proven experience in a project support or co-ordination role, ideally reputed company a software or
reputed company services environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. reputed company or similar).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• A driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
