About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at Verisys, you will be the backbone of our data management operations. Your keen eye for detail and uncompromising approach to accuracy will be instrumental in organizing and processing critical information. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a dedicated and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze documents to identify relevant data for entry into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct additional research as necessary to clarify data sources, including contacting data authorities for guidance on document interpretation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with management, peers, and stakeholders regarding processes and data acquisition/transformation.
  • Articulate data transformation processes clearly and efficiently, ensuring seamless integration into our database.
  • Take ownership of additional periodical and ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Work independently with limited oversight, utilizing provided resources to resolve queries and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed quality and efficiency benchmarks, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Complete tasks within the Data Entry queue in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn quickly, adjust priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills to provide on-time results.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the healthcare industry and a background in data entry and comparison. If you have these, you will be considered a highly competitive candidate.

Compensation and Perks
