About the Role
We're looking for native English speakers with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer support tickets of all tiers for our esteemed clients. This includes:
- Providing timely and high-quality support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, Instagram, live chat, and more
- Working within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk (training provided)
- Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that quality is never compromised
- Performing basic administrative tasks as required by clients
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support tickets across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Utilize ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk to manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
