About The Role
reputed company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Systems Manager to reputed company the financial operations and technical systems that support our world-class content production. This role sits at the intersection of finance, production, and technology—driving reputed company, accountability, and efficiency across teams. Responsibilities
Financial & Operational reputed company
- Partner with CFO and COO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Maintain and monitor company credit cards, bank accounts, and financial records
- reputed company contract compliance and ensure alignment between agreements and payments
- Support investor and reputed company reporting with reputed company, accurate data
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Negotiate and manage vendor reputed company across software, shipping, and production services

- Ensure vendors meet compliance and service expectations
Systems & Technology Management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, production management, or a reputed company field—ideally in a high-reputed company media, tech, or creative environment
- Strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor/contract management
- Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and overseeing business systems like reputed company, QuickBooks Online, or similar
- Comfortable working across a reputed company of reputed company tools and platforms, with a passion for streamlining systems and building efficiencies
