At Wincent, we hire the TOP 0.1% software engineers, quantitative traders, and researchers, and you can help hiring managers source and screen the best of the best.
Forget about Backend or Frontend Developers. With us, you’ll focus on Software Engineers with strong algorithmic and mathematical background, and systems design.
About the Recruiting team
Our recruiting team specializes in sourcing and screening candidates from all over the world. We don’t hire standard frontend or backend web developers. Instead, we specialize in finding hard-core software engineers who are able to optimize micro- instead of mili-seconds, and quantitative researchers and traders who are able to execute orders on 14 cryptocurrency exchanges. We organize community events, competitions, and join career fairs to attract and relocate candidates from all over the world.
Your mission
Join our team in Slovakia or remotely and recruit candidates from the UK, Europe, and the US. Help us fill a pipeline with candidates who earn way above the market rate, have great jobs, and plenty of opportunities to choose from. Your job will get them excited about the prospect of working with our company and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Compensation, work arrangement, and benefits
Monthly fixed salary: We will assess your skills and experience during interviews and will propose an amount between €3,000 and €5,000 gross.
Fund investment: As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to invest in our flagship multi-strategy fund that has annualized over 50% net returns since its inception in 2017. You can choose how much money you'd like to invest.
Remote/Office: This role offers remote collaboration to distinguished recruiters.
Vacation: If you work full-time, you get 25 vacation days plus 12 public holidays each year, which totals approximately 40 days off per year (yes, that's A LOT!). If you need significantly more than that, you can arrange an unpaid leave with your manager and enjoy your sabbatical.
