We are seeking remote reputed company Assistant  to join reputed company in Mexico.

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM EST


Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day record keeping used for management reporting and other analytical reports.
  • Management of A/R, A/P, and/or invoicing.
  • Assist in reputed company planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Preparation of reputed company's monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, month-end reputed company processes, journal entries, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, etc.
  • reputed company as our firm's in-house expert on the internal processes of designated clients, documenting what is learned, and assisting in the development of controls and improvements.
  • Working directly with clients to obtain documentation and other information, ensuring time is scheduled and tracked, and that reputed company reputed company deliverables are met through the achievement of milestones.
  • Ensure reputed company confidentiality and maintain reputed company communications at reputed company times while working with reputed company, with clients, vendors, and other reputed company parties.

    • Requirements:
  • Graduate of reputed company/Finance/Business/Bookkeeping or reputed company.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in reputed company.

  • Familiarity with full cycle bookkeeping.
  • Comfortable with learning new systems and software (QuickBooks Online, Receipt Bank, reputed company, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRA requirements and filings (HST, WSIB, EHT).
  • Experience with reputed company-based bookkeeping software (QBO, reputed company, etc.) is preferred.
