As a Senior Employee Education Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering "best in class" communications and education support to Workwarp's top retirement and executive benefit plan clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, write, and edit client communications programs using a multi-media approach, including print, electronic, and in-person presentations.
- Participate in on-site client and participant presentations, such as sales presentations, annual plan reviews, and participant education meetings, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver various types of communications that meet client needs and drive business objectives.
- Identify measurable goals and work with management to track and report results for education and communication campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Drive client follow-up on a regular basis, working closely with Workwarp's client service teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
- Proactively recommend new communication and education initiatives based on marketplace observations, participant needs, and client requirements.
- Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of urgency and accuracy, showcasing strong project management skills.

Essential Qualifications
To excel as a Senior Employee Education Consultant at Workwarp, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in the retirement plan or benefits consulting marketplace, with demonstrated expertise across various marketing disciplines, including client communications programs.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in proofreading and editing, with excellent writing and creative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Brainshark, with strong PC skills.
- Knowledge of graphic identity standards and strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to key audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage multiple assignments, and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of current issues and marketplace trends in the retirement plan and benefits consulting industry.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Experience working with retirement plan or benefits consulting clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- A proven track record of delivering successful client communications programs and education initiatives.
- Certifications or licenses relevant to the retirement plan or benefits consulting industry, such as a CFP or CEBS designation.
