This is a remote work opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA, except for certain restricted locations. While occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, and conferences, the majority of your work will be done remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply software development and testing skills to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers and stakeholders, to communicate project statuses and recommendations.
• Document software systems and applications for future improvements and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and test software to meet customer requirements and organizational standards.
• Identify and solve problems that arise during the design, testing, and maintenance phases.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver excellent software and continuously improve processes.
• Mentor junior team members and enhance technical skills through ongoing education and training.
• Perform other job-related tasks as directed by leaders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Intermediate knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, principles, and technologies.
• Ability to demonstrate consistent knowledge application and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of at least one required programming language.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and manage complex business or technical problems.
• Ability to take on multiple assignments and maintain a high level of completion.
• Ability to mentor others and develop, present, and communicate ideas and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
