Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Warehouse Operations Professional to join our team as a Distribution Center Partner. This is a part-time role, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse, packing, loading, and shipping products to our stores and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety strategies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues.
• Attend safety training sessions to learn how to work safely in a high-speed distribution center environment.
• Pack, load, and ship products to stores and guests, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks as assigned, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in problem-solving to support continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Work Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

• Lift and carry stock weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Lift and carry stock weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Use basic mathematical skills (counting, addition, subtraction) accurately.
• Read and understand labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately.
• Use computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral English, with adequate proficiency to follow safety and other procedures, training sessions, and instructions.
