Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
• Performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying equipment and materials weighing up to 80 pounds
• Ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standards of quality and service delivery, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with crew members and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
• Utilizing software and processes to manage time, materials, and customer interactions, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or a similar service industry, or a willingness to complete training within 6 months
