As a Field Clinical Educator with reputed company, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and coaching clinicians in the home health environment. You will instruct and counsel clinicians while acting as a role model, leader, reputed company, reputed company, evaluator, and socialization agent. Key Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and reputed company clinicians in the home health environment, focusing on the application of knowledge obtained from training.
• Demonstrate competence in performance of clinical skills, including admission of patients, assessment, and development of care plans, case management, coordination of care, and other clinical care duties.

• Model regulatory compliance and standards, ensuring that clinicians understand and adhere to established guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Unrestricted RN license in the state assigned.

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to function with minimal supervision.
• Displays effective communication, interpersonal skills, and reputed company decision-making skills.
• Possesses effective teaching skills and a desire to mentor and reputed company clinicians.
