As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, providing expert administration, project management, and support to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain effective communication and relationships with senior leadership, vendors, and peers.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and vendor support of electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, guidelines, rules, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.
• Manage projects related to data center and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, obtain best prices for products and services, and verify that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to facilities, remote communication rooms, lab, and data center equipment.
• Develop Plan Guidelines for Distant Correspondence Room Space, UPS, HVAC, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
• Coordinate remote incident management resolution to airport basic gear.
• Maintain strict adherence to change control activities.
• Balance multiple priorities within established time limitations and adapt to an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of data center technology and basic facilities infrastructure.
• Project management experience with remote communication room standards capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
• Capital forecasting and project management for airport basic gear life cycle replacement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A consistent focus on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data.

Preferred Qualifications

To give you a competitive edge, you will ideally have:

• A degree from a recognized university or 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• IT Project Management experience (minimum 2 years) within a high-availability communication room or data center working environment.
• Exchange School Graduate.
