Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Data Engineering, with a strong track record of designing and implementing data architectures and pipelines.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, with a deep understanding of database frameworks and data modeling.
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, with expertise in developing robust data pipelines and dynamic systems.
  • Experience with Cloud-based platforms (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure), with a strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical innovation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

To stand out in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark, with a deep understanding of big data processing and analytics.
  • Experience with Reporting (Tableau), with the ability to drive business insights through data visualization.
