Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Strategic Phone Outreach: Leverage your sales skills to connect with business executives and introduce our clients' products and services, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards closing deals and meeting or exceeding your sales targets, utilizing our comprehensive training and coaching programs to hone your skills and stay on track.
  • Develop Your Skills: Participate in frequent coaching sessions and training programs designed to enhance your sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of experience in B2B appointment setting or a related sales role, with a proven track record of success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively engage with business executives and build rapport with clients.
  • Confident and Persuasive: A confident and persuasive speaker who can effectively communicate the value of our clients' products and services.
  • Quick Learner and Driven: A driven and ambitious individual who is eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Access to a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace that enables you to work effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the B2B sales industry, particularly in appointment setting or a related field.
  • Sales Software Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Earnings and Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: A W2 earnings structure with a base pay and uncapped commissions, offering an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $46,800, with the potential to earn between $43,950 and $58,000 or more per year for full-time positions.
