About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales (West), to lead our regional team of Enterprise Account Executives in the West. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, as well as your capacity to develop and execute effective sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives, developing account and territory plans to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition.
- Responsible for employee development to create our next generation of sales leaders.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base within your region, leveraging partnerships and internal resources to achieve success.
- Execute on a partner plan to drive incremental revenue through the channel, collaborating with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals and drive adoption.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
- 10+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in international markets.
- Proven ability to build strategic plans and deliver expected results on budget and on time.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Demonstrable experience as a sales leader, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize engagement and support in line with the Division's strategic focus, while maintaining a strong web of support and contacts across organizational boundaries.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and its trends.
- Ability to persuade others to a particular point of view, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prior startup experience, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
