Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate customer records.
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A desktop or laptop that meets the company's technical requirements (PC and internet testing will be required).
- High-speed internet connection (wired, not wireless/hotspot or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address.
Preferred Qualifications
