As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from members and respond to their questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide personalized support and solutions to help members understand their coverage and options
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve member inquiries on the first call
- Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field
- 6 months of work-from-home experience
- Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus
