As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from members and respond to their questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field
  • 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus
