Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Remote Financial Agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees to maximize retention. Additionally, you will create and deliver financial plans, conduct calls with representatives, and develop meaningful relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of our company and promote our financial products.
- Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs.
- Become fluent in financial products and obtain necessary licenses, including Life and Series 6. Optional licenses include Series 26, 63, and 65.
- Train and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our team.
- Develop new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of ownership and education.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, representatives, and team members.
