Your Impact

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our team, serving as the eyes and ears for our clients. You'll be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, resolving simple and basic support issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or instant messaging, resolving simple and basic support issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalating Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support department, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Processing Customer Inquiries: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting Customer Problems: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.
  • Tracking and Documenting Support Requests: Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Updating Customer Information: Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
  • Meeting Job Standards: Meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain an average handle time (AHT) that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Providing Guidance and Mentoring: May provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: You'll need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build high levels of customer satisfaction.
