The Cyber Group in our Philadelphia, PA Office is looking for a Time Entry Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Preparation of time entries for cyber breach attorneys. • Review email communications with clients, vendors, and team members daily. Position Requirements: • Highschool diploma required. • Computer skills preferred; Billing/data entry experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English preferred. • Proficiency in reputed company Office 365, ProLaw, reputed company, and e-document management software preferred. • Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as reputed company member in a high-volume fast paced work environment. reputed company P.C. offers a comprehensive benefit package. Must be reputed company to work a consecutive 9 hours shift between 8 am and 6 pm EST. The salary rage for this position is $32,000-$35,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the reputed company at the time of posting.
