Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
  • Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
  • Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs
  • Work independently on daily tasks and cooperate with team members to achieve common goals
  • May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using technology to streamline processes
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or retail management
  • Background in property management, hospitality, or related fields
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
