Job Summary
As a Customer Service Remote Agent with Nationwide Inbound Inc., you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop strong customer service and sales skills, and enhance your written and verbal communication skills. This is an ideal part-time or seasonal position for college students, with flexible scheduling and the potential to continue working remotely after returning to school. You'll be able to manage large amounts of incoming calls, schedule appointments for home repair companies, and build sustainable relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Schedule appointments for home repair companies
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
- Must be able to work weekends
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
- Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
