Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager II to join our Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day management and execution of direct channel campaigns, leveraging your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and campaign deployment to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management and execution of direct channel campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital channels
  • Develop and implement campaign deployment strategies, leveraging data analysis and insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and supporting their development and growth
  • Work with external partners and vendors to develop and implement campaign deployment strategies, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign deployment strategies and results, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity across the team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct experience in SQL, analyzing large datasets, and performing data analysis and insights
  • 5+ years of direct experience in campaign deployment and management, including email, social media, and other digital channels
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, campaign deployment, and customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard, as well as other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to develop and deploy complex marketing campaigns

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, including Marketo and Pardot
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
