Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
